Walk this way - Dads do the Downs To raise money for our school, four of our Dads - at a time of life when our mums said they should know better - asked for sponsorship to walk the North Downs Way. They started at Farnham in Surrey and followed the path for 105 miles to our school, Brabourne Church of England Primary, which lies at the foot of the Downs in east Kent. During the nine days it took them to reach us they updated this website every day with words and pictures. We followed the Dads' footsteps via the links at the top of this page and asked them questions through the interactive message forum under the School button. We would like to thank the companies and individuals who sponsored our Dads. That money and our efforts will make a difference to the future of our community. |
